Packuro Terms of Service

By using Packuro (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Contact: roger.parisvicent@gmail.com.

1. License — We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own packing and travel planning.
2. Your content — You are responsible for the content you create (lists, items, names). Do not enter unlawful content.
3. Acceptable use — Do not break, overload, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the app or its suggestion backend.
4. Suggestions disclaimer — Packing suggestions are generated automatically (including by AI) and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for what you actually pack; we are not liable for items you forget or any travel outcome.
5. “As is” — The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability — To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Termination — You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
8. Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
9. Changes — We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
