Delete your Packuro account

This page explains how to delete your Packuro account and all associated data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from within the app

1. Open Packuro and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

Your account and all associated data are then permanently erased.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email roger.parisvicent@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will verify your identity and delete your account and data.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases your packing lists, list names, items, and categories; your account record and email; and related records such as request logs. This data cannot be recovered.

What is retained

We do not retain personal data after deletion. Anonymous, aggregated diagnostics that cannot identify you may persist.
